What kind of boxes do you design?
We design all kinds of boxes that can be made from cardboard or corrugated cardboard. The only thing that limits us is imagination and in some cases budget. Tell us what kind of box you need and we'll make it for you!
Do you design boxes for precise measurements?
Yes. We design boxes in all sizes. If you know what size you need, that’s great! If not, send us the measurements of the things that are going to be placed inside the box. We'll check if the products are going to need an insert
and then fit the size of the box.
What should I be aware of when placing an order?
First, we need to determine the goal of the box. Very often it determines the material it’s going to be made of. We make product boxes from GC type Cardboard and for shipping boxes we use Corrugated Cardboard. It’s also very important to determine your budget and the amount of boxes we want to fit inside a specified budget. This will
impact the kind of finishing we can propose. You will receive full support from us on each step of designing the box. We will advise and explain anything that might be unclear.
Can I order just the die line for the box?
Of course. We can design your box and after we are done, we'll give you the die line, including the technical specfication. With everything we prepared for you, any manufacturer will be able to manufacture your box.
How much does it cost to design a box and what exactly am I paying for?
Each quote covers designing the construction, technological consulting and making of the prototype. When we finish the project, you'll receive a set of information as well as a set of files needed to manufacture your box.
Do you manufacture packaging?
Box Academy owns a machine park tailored for manufacturing of the highest quality boxes in small amounts. We also own a workshop in which we glue and put together your boxes. For packaging production, we use both digital and analog solutions. On your box we can use both Hot Stamping and Spot Varnish. We have at our disposal the most advanced device for digital cutting which allows us to produce single boxes.
Can I prepare the graphic design for the box on my own?

Yes! We've got a lot of experience in shipping boxes across Europe as well as outside of it. We can do pallet shipping to distribution centers as well as single unit shipping.
